BidEdgeHQ is a government tender intelligence platform that aggregates, scores, and delivers government contract opportunities from 200+ portals across the USA and Canada. We provide AI-powered ICP scoring, WhatsApp/SMS/email alerts, and AI-assisted proposal drafting tools.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
BidEdgeHQ offers paid subscription plans billed monthly or annually. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase for new subscribers only.
You agree not to use BidEdgeHQ for any unlawful purpose, to scrape or bulk-download our tender data for redistribution, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or to use the service to harm or harass others. Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination.
Your use of BidEdgeHQ is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We take data security seriously and implement industry-standard measures to protect your information.
BidEdgeHQ is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that our service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Tender data is sourced from public government portals and may not be complete or up to date at all times.
BidEdgeHQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
