We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve BidEdgeHQ, to process transactions, to send you technical notices and support messages, and to communicate with you about products, services, and events. We use your ICP profile data solely to score and filter government tenders relevant to your business.
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties. We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our platform (including Supabase for database hosting, Clerk for authentication, and Stripe for payments), provided those parties agree to keep this information confidential.
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support@bidedgehq.com. We will respond to deletion requests within 30 days.

We use Row Level Security (RLS) in our database to ensure users can only access their own data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
